Accountability and Humility: We do what we say we are going to do and strive to do the best in everything we do. We listen to feedback with an intent to understand how to improve rather than an intent to rebut.

Resilience and Continuous Improvement: If it doesn't work, we don't give up until we figure it out. If it is working, we think of how to make it better?
